DataSwift offer a range of flexible support and consultancy services tailored to your school’s exact requirements, designed to complement in-school technical staff. Experienced support consultants are available for on-site or remote support either as part of a regular monthly contract or on an ad-hoc basis.
Our support is tailored to your school’s needs – some of the services we can offer include:
- Backup verification and monitoring
- Technician training (either on your site or at our support centre in Wootton)
- Advice on new projects such as site moves, extensions, relocation of ICT resources
- Wireless surveys, identifying areas of weak coverage and planning for future expansion
- Security advice (including encryption of laptops and removable storage devices)
- Remote working over VPN or Remote Desktop Services
- On-site technical support to cover holiday/sick-leave (or even a regular on-site presence if required)
