DataSwift gain Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller status

DataSwift are pleased to announce that they have gained Microsoft AER status.

This means Dataswift can now offer Microsoft Software Solutions to Schools under the new Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) Agreements.

DataSwift becomes Ruckus Wireless “Big Dog” Partner

DataSwift are delighted to announce that they are now a Ruckus Wireless “Big Dog” Partner. With the rapid proliferation of wireless devices within education and business, it’s more important than ever to have an infrastructure capable of providing reliable, fast and secure coverage.

Ruckus are widely recognised for their best-of-breed access points and controllers for 802.11b, g and n at 2.4, 5Ghz and dual-band. All products, including dual-band can be powered over standard 802.3af Power over Ethernet (15.4 watts per channel).

The Ruckus ZoneFlex product line is the first centrally-managed multimedia wireless LAN (WLAN) solution developed specifically for Enterprise, SMB, and hot zone operators. ZoneFlex provides a complete, secure, robust and easily expandable WLAN solution at a low total cost of ownership — integrating state-of-the-art capabilities such as wireless meshing, Wi-Fi beam steering, automatic client security, interference avoidance and 802.11n.

DataSwift have evaluation units available for survey/demonstration purposes or for short-term trials.

DataSwift Granted ADC Krone A.I. (Approved Integrator) Status

DataSwift became a registered ADC Krone A.I (Approved Integrator) on the 18th January 2008. As such we can now install copper and fibre backed by ADC Krone’s 20 year TrueNet warranty. Through our association with ADC Krone we can now offer enhanced infrastructure design and technical support.
