Jake Gully

Jake was raised and educated on the Isle of Wight, before leaving to study Mining Engineering in Cornwall and serving nine years in the army Intelligence Corps. Since returning to the island in 1995, he has worked in various IT roles in education, housing and healthcare sectors.

In 2001 he left his position as Network Manager at Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Trust to found DataSwift, with the intention of raising the standard of IT services and keeping business on the island. Despite straightened economic times, DataSwift has continued to expand steadily, building a first class team and earning a reputation for quality and service.

Luke Jeffries

As director and IT support consultant for DataSwift, Luke is responsible for the delivery and development of IT services for the Healthcare and Dental Sector on the Isle of Wight. He also specialises in digital forensics and data recovery, after obtaining an MSc in Information Security and Computer Crime in 2005.

Luke’s background includes over 14 years in the IT industry, including providing support for several educational establishments and time spent working for a computer forensics company.

David McCoy

David is widely regarded by his peers as an expert in education IT systems and virtual server environments having been the IT manager at a local high school for eight years.

Since Joining DataSwift, David has helped to develop and streamline IT processes and used his wealth of knowledge to resolve our customers most complex issues.

Josh Dinsdale

With over 8 years’ experience in the IT industry, Josh brings a broad range of skills to the team. As well as industry qualifications such as Cisco CCNA and various Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs), Josh’s IT background has also enabled him to develop excellent customer service and project-management skills.

Stephen Twinberrow

Since joining DataSwift in 2007 Stephen has been promoted to Installations Manager with the overall responsibility of team management and the smooth-running of the data cabling and installations projects. From project conception to handover Stephens management assures projects are delivered on-time and on budget.

John Ford

Over the last 13 years, John has become an integral part of DataSwift’s structured cabling team. His wide-ranging knowledge and experience, coupled with an electrical and construction background, has aided DataSwift in all aspects of data installations, from single-cable LAN extensions to 900-point new builds.

John’s qualifications and certifications include, Level 3 IT and Telecoms Professional, CSCS gold card, Ladder Inspector (Ladder Association) and IPAF operator.

Mark Collins

Mark Joined DataSwift in 2012 as a trainee.  6 years on, he is now one of our leading installation engineers and site supervisors. His commitment to completing tasks safely, efficiently and to a high standard, is second-to-none.

Marks qualifications and certifications include, Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS), Pasma Tower User, Level 3 IT and Telecoms Professional, CSCS gold card, Ladder user (Ladder Association).

Angie Stacey

Angie is a key member of the team at DataSwift, keeping the administrative side of the company running smoothly. She is also likely to be the person you’ll speak to when calling us.
