Data Cabling
DataSwift Network Services Ltd provides fully tested, certified and warranted data cabling services. Our solutions are provided using “best of breed” fibre and copper networking products from Nexans and TE Connectivity (formerly AMP NetConnect and ADC Krone) and we are the Island’s only TE Connectivity Networking Design and Installer company.
Our experienced installation teams deliver a maintainable infrastructure using the most suitable technologies:
- Copper cabling (Category 5e and Category 6, unshielded/shielded twisted pair).
- Fibre-optic cabling (single mode, multi mode, internal, external and armoured grades).
- Wireless networking (stand-alone and managed systems, high and low density areas).
- Testing, certification and repair of existing copper/fibre-optic cabling.
- Installation and relocation of network cabinets.
All data cabling is professionally installed to meet customer, electrical and heath and safety (HSE) requirements. Wherever possible routes and containment are matched to existing standards and types. Where new containment is required we can install:
- Galvanised cable tray / basket systems
- Three compartment & dado (plastic & steel) trunking
- Conduit (plastic & steel)
- PVC and steel trunking
Work can be scheduled outside of normal working hours to minimise disruption caused during installation.
AV and interactive white board installation
DataSwift’s installation teams are experts in specifying and installing education support tools such as audio/visual equipment and interactive whiteboards.
We are able to supply and install the very latest technology such as integrated Smart Boards, LED extended life projectors and speaker systems.
Whether it is a single SMART Board and speaker package or a full PA system, DataSwift provide a quick and efficient service.
Firestopping
All of our engineers are trained and manufacturer-certified for fire stop / penetration sealing using both Hilti and Rockwall products.
